  • Swords and Daggers are sold strictly for display and/or collecting purposes only.
  • Customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with local laws on the purchase and
    possession of these Paintball Guns, Air Soft BB Guns, Swords, Daggers & Knives. It also
    the responsibility of the Customer to determine that it is legal to be sold to them and to be shipped to his/her address.
  • General Merchandise (generalsway.com) or its agents will not accept any responsibility for
    the illegal purchase, use or misuse of any of their products. By accepting these items the
    Customer is agreeing to hold General Merchandise and their agents free from any liability or
    litigation.

   SHIPPING SERVICES:
  • All orders are processed by the next business day.
  • All Items are shipped via UPS unless otherwise notified.
  • UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
  • UPS does not deliver to Post Office Box Addresses.
  • UPS Saturday delivery is available in limited areas for an extra cost. All Saturday delivery
    request must be made over the phone. (No Saturday deliveries via orders over the internet)

   RETURNS:
  • All items being returned must have an authorization number.
  • All returned items must be in brand new condition, complete and must include all of the
    original packaging.
  • No returns on used or perishable items (example: MREs or Paintballs).
  • No returns on used paintball markers accepted.
  • There will be a 20% Restocking Fee plus normal shipping charges.
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  • Some shipping restrictions may apply.
  • There is a ten day waiting period on all orders paid by check.
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • We are not responsible for misprints.
